Built a full-featured HR Management System to streamline core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Implemented modules for employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, payroll support, task management, and notifications. Designed role-based access for HR staff, managers, and employees, and supported secure deployment with Docker and API-based architecture using Django and Django REST Framework.
